Important Note

This course is not affiliated with any yoga alliance. A certificate alone does not make a teacher—true teaching comes from sincere dedication to learning, practicing, and sharing knowledge. Our training is not measured in hours but in genuine understanding, ensuring participants develop the skills to teach safely and effectively. Parampara refers to tradition or lineage in Sanskrit. In Yoga, it points to the teacher-student relationship, outside of Yoga it can apply to various cultural, familial, or artistic lineages. The term emphasizes continuity, respect for tradition, and the transmission of knowledge. Parampara embodies the idea that true understanding and mastery come not just from texts or certificates, but from the lived experience of learning directly from a knowledgeable teacher who has been part of a long-standing tradition.
